In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "fb303" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" Refers to the fb303 online betting platform, accessible at https://fb303.onl, and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "Platform" The fb303 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services, products, tools, features, and content made available through https://fb303.onl.

• "Wallet" The internal credit balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), from which bets are placed and to which winnings are credited.

• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses granted to a Player's Account by fb303 under a current promotional offer, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process fb303 applies to Player accounts before processing withdrawal requests or flagging accounts for enhanced review.
• "Terms" / "Agreement" These Terms & Conditions in their current version, together with fb303's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

Access to and use of the fb303 Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. fb303 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account or place a wager on the Platform. Age verification is enforced at registration and throughout the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated, suspended, or closed by fb303 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, and you are not using the Platform in a professional capacity as an agent, intermediary, or syndicate operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of fb303 or any of its affiliated companies or game-studio partners.
• You are not registered on any national or platform-specific self-exclusion list that would prohibit your participation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb303 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts; where detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must notify fb303 promptly of any changes to your registered information. fb303 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

As part of the KYC verification process, fb303 may request one or more of the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your name and account number, or your registered OVO / DANA / GoPay account).
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document, where requested by the fb303 compliance team.

fb303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, and to withhold all associated balances pending investigation, where a Player provides false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. fb303 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where the option is available on the Platform.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent fb303 customer support. fb303 will never ask for your password.

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify fb303 support immediately via the live chat function. fb303 will investigate in good faith but cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the Player.

fb303 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform, cryptographic hashing of stored passwords, and device-recognition technology to detect unusual login patterns. These measures supplement, but do not replace, the Player's own responsibility for account security.

All financial transactions on the fb303 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fb303 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which fb303 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation of receipt by fb303's payment processor.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the Player's account. fb303 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts. This benchmark is monitored daily by the fb303 operations team. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where enhanced verification is required.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active Bonus Funds balance is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• fb303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

fb303 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on sportsbook losses, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin sports markets, specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement.
• One Bonus Per Player: No Player may claim the same promotion more than once. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
• Eligibility: fb303 reserves the right to restrict certain promotions to specific Player segments, geographic areas, or deposit methods. fb303 may at its sole discretion withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount of Bonus Funds that may be converted to withdrawable cash following completion of wagering requirements is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus amount.
• Abuse Detection: Any Player found to be exploiting promotions — including through arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent playthrough requirements — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may have their Account suspended.

The full terms of each active promotion are published on the relevant promotion page within the fb303 Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and a specific promotion's individual terms, the individual promotion terms prevail.

All bets placed on the fb303 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant betting vertical (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or esports):

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until fb303's system returns a confirmation message and the corresponding amount is deducted from the Player's Wallet. fb303 is not liable for bets not received due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or device malfunctions on the Player's end.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by market, event type, and Player account status. fb303 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players at any time without prior notice.
• Voided Bets: fb303 reserves the right to void a bet — and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet — in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, late market withdrawal, event cancellation or postponement, or confirmed data feed errors. Decisions to void bets are made at fb303's sole discretion and are final.
• Palpable Errors: Where an odds or pricing error is clearly palpable (e.g., odds of 100/1 on an overwhelming favourite due to a data feed malfunction), fb303 reserves the right to void affected bets and will not be liable to honour the erroneous price.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market suspension at any moment. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected. Live odds are updated continuously and the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance are the final odds for that wager.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator-style multi-leg football bets) are offered on the fb303 sportsbook with a minimum of two selections. All legs must be settled as winners for the parlay to pay out. A single voided leg reduces the parlay to a lower-leg accumulator; a single losing leg settles the entire parlay as a loss.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb303 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live casino, or any multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain a financial advantage, without first reporting the issue to fb303 support.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched-betting strategies using fb303 Bonus Funds.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits through multiple smaller transactions.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb303 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the fb303 Platform — including but not limited to the fb303 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive property of fb303 or its licensed content suppliers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from fb303.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or game content.

Any unauthorised use of fb303's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

fb303 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain an entertaining leisure activity. Where gambling begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, fb303 will actively support the Player in regaining control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified duration.
• Temporary Cool-Down: Take a break from betting for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, your Account will be inaccessible for wagering purposes, though you may still contact support or request a withdrawal of your real-money balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb303 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, however caused, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including maintenance windows, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from the use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited or restricted by law. You access the Platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of third-party game studios, payment processors, or data feed providers that affect the operation of the Platform.

Where fb303 is found liable to you under applicable law, fb303's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fb303's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by fb303's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

fb303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fb303 staff or other users.
• Operation of the Account in a manner inconsistent with personal, non-commercial use.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting fb303 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in your Wallet (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Where an Account is closed by fb303 for breach of these Terms, fb303 reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Any sums forfeited in such circumstances will be retained by fb303 and will not be refunded.

fb303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb303 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the revised terms take effect, unless the change is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an urgent security matter, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fb303 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Where required by applicable international consumer protection frameworks, mandatory local consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract shall continue to apply to players resident in Indonesia.

Any dispute between you and fb303 that cannot be resolved through fb303's internal customer support and complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as specified by fb303. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
